About The Role

Juru is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst with a background in economics and finance to support project implementation and analytical work. The role includes conducting legal, regulatory, technical, and economic analysis, as well as supporting financial and economic modelling.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the team in project coordination and implementation;
  • Conduct economic and financial analysis, including cost-benefit and feasibility assessments;
  • Assist in financial modelling (cash flows, scenario and sensitivity analysis);
  • Review and analyze legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to projects;
  • Support technical assessments in collaboration with experts;
  • Collect, process, and analyze data to support project outputs;
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical deliverables;
  • Support stakeholder coordination and communication;
  • Assist in preparation of investment proposals and project documentation.

Essential

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field;
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project analysis, consulting, or finance;
  • Strong knowledge of financial and economic analysis;
  • Basic understanding of financial modelling in Excel;
  • Familiarity with legal/regulatory analysis is an advantage;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team;
  • Fluency in English and Uzbek is required; knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, or sustainability projects is preferred;
  • Exposure to international projects or donor-funded programs is preferred.
