Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI Product Analyst with 4–7 years of experience in the software industry. The ideal candidate should be strong in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, information structuring, stakeholder communication, and AI-led solution design.

You will work closely with clients, product managers, UX teams, AI engineers, and software developers to understand business problems, structure unclear information, define solution requirements, and support the design of AI-first products and Agentic AI workflows.

This role is best suited for someone who can build strong working relationships with stakeholders, bring clarity to ambiguity, convert business needs into structured requirements, and think deeply about how AI can improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Business Problems: Work with client stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, user journeys, operational challenges, and business goals.
• Structure Requirements & Information: Convert scattered inputs, discussions, documents, and ideas into clear structures such as process flows, mind maps, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirement documents.
• Support AI Solution Design: Contribute to the design of AI-led solutions, including Generative AI use cases, Agentic AI workflows, automation opportunities, human-in-the-loop processes, and exception-handling flows.
• Create AI Workflow Concepts: Break down complex business tasks into smaller steps that can be handled by agents, tools, prompts, rules, APIs, or human reviewers.
• Create Visual & Information Models: Build workflow diagrams, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, simple schemas, taxonomies, entity definitions, and relationship structures to support product and AI solution design.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX teams, AI engineers, full-stack developers, and data teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented.
• Support Testing, Adoption & Communication: Support UAT, collect feedback, validate outputs, track issues, help users adopt the solution, and present findings, recommendations, and progress updates clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Software Industry Experience: Experience working in software, SaaS, AI, analytics, product, or technology-driven environments. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile ways of working.
• Business Analysis & Product Thinking: Ability to understand business problems, define requirements, write user stories, create acceptance criteria, and convert ideas into actionable product scope.
• Information Structuring: Strong ability to bring structure and clarity to unorganized information using mind maps, process flows, decision trees, taxonomies, tables, or structured documents.
• Business Process Mapping: Ability to map current and future-state workflows using swimlane diagrams, BPMN-style flows, user journeys, or similar process-mapping methods.
• Stakeholder Communication & Storytelling: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex ideas in simple language and create clear PowerPoint narratives for business and technical stakeholders.
• AI Fluency: Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and how AI can be applied to business workflows.
• Prompt Engineering: Familiarity with basic prompting techniques such as one-shot prompting, few-shot prompting, structured prompts, role-based prompts, and prompt evaluation.
• Wireframing & Visualization: Basic ability to create UI sketches, workflow visuals, and product mockups using Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, PowerPoint, or equivalent tools.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Miro, Figma, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar product and collaboration platforms.

Desirable Skills

• Agentic AI Workflow Thinking: Ability to think through AI workflows involving task decomposition, agent roles, tool usage, human review, exception handling, and feedback loops.
• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Exposure to reasoning prompts, chain-of-thought style decomposition, ReAct-style workflows, prompt testing, and prompt improvement.
• Information Modelling & Schema Design: Ability to create simple information models, data schemas, entity definitions, taxonomies, and relationship structures that help teams design AI-ready systems.
• Data-Driven Thinking: Ability to understand basic data, metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and use them to support business recommendations.
• Key Stakeholders
• Business Leaders & CxOs: Strategic stakeholders defining business goals and transformation priorities.
• Process Owners & Domain Experts: Operational stakeholders who understand current workflows and business rules.
• Product, UX & Engineering Teams: Internal teams responsible for product design, AI solution development, and software delivery.
• End Users: Users who will adopt and interact with the AI-first products and workflows.

Required Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, or similar role in the software industry.
• Prior experience in AI, analytics, automation, SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
• Experience in Consumer Services, Logistics, BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma, or Hi-Tech domains is a plus.
