  • Help coordinate support across teams to remove blockers and improve the customer experience.

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

In this rotation, you’ll learn how new business opportunities are created and progressed. You’ll build confidence speaking with customers, understanding their needs, and qualifying opportunities for sales teams. By the end of this rotation, you will be able to:

  • Use clear, value-led conversations to understand customer needs.
  • Qualify opportunities and pass them to sales teams with accurate information.
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records.
  • Contribute to team targets with coaching and support.

Routes to Revenue (RTR), Growth Planning & GTM Strategy

In this rotation, you’ll learn how Sage plans for growth across different markets, products, and customer groups. You’ll gain exposure to the data, insight, and planning that help shape commercial priorities. By the end of this rotation, you will be able to:

  • Support growth planning using market, customer, and performance insight.
  • Analyse data to help inform quarterly and annual commercial decisions.
  • Understand how commercial plans are shaped across teams such as Sales, Finance, and Product.

Commercial Operations, Performance Insight & Decision Support

In this rotation, you’ll turn data into insight that supports better business decisions. You’ll learn how commercial performance is measured, reported, and improved across the organisation. By the end of this rotation, you will be able to:

  • Analyse commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Create clear reports and insights that support planning and performance reviews.
  • Help improve processes that support sales effectiveness and decision-making.

Professional Services, Value Realisation & Post-Sale Commercial Credibility

In this rotation, you’ll see how customer value is delivered after the sale. You’ll learn how implementation, service delivery, and customer outcomes connect to long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth. By the end of this rotation, you will be able to:

  • Support smooth handovers between sales and delivery teams.
  • Track whether customer outcomes are being delivered as expected.
  • Share useful insight that helps improve future customer and commercial decisions.

Please note that this is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
