Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

Axios Professional Recruitment is partnering with a growing West Michigan manufacturer to hire an ERP & IT Support Specialist. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated IT professional to take ownership of the company's ERP system and internal technology initiatives while serving as the primary liaison with an outsourced IT provider.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the company's Oracle ERP system.
• Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing operations.
• Generate reports and analyze ERP data to support business decisions.
• Train employees on ERP processes and system functionality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's outsourced IT support provider.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day system and technology issues while coordinating more complex issues with external IT partners.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and company leadership to improve business processes and system utilization.
• Support ERP implementation projects, system enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure data accuracy across business operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an IT Support, ERP Administrator, or ERP Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP is required.
• Experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with the initiative to take ownership of projects and drive continuous improvement.
