Salesforce Business System Analyst

Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Salesforce, Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Visual Force, S-controls, SOQL, and SOSL, Oracle to

CPQ integrations, Opportunity to Quoting process, Zoho CRM.

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components(LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware like Mulesoft)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and sharing rules
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps tools
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for gathering the requirements by coordinating with the business analysts, developers,

and project managers, to better customize, and utilize the full functionality of the Salesforce.com

• Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions that are aligned to project

objectives

• Develop technical and conceptual design in support of the overall application design with respect to

SFDC.

• Design solutions and accordingly work with the team till deployment.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners

Salary Range: $64,000 - $135000 a year
