Help shape the future of healthcare technology by bridging business needs and technical execution. As an Integration Analyst, you'll collaborate across cross-functional teams to design reliable data integrations, improve interoperability, and ensure high-quality solutions that support critical healthcare operations.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with business, product, and technical teams to translate operational needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document integration requirements for internal systems and external partner connections.
  • Develop and maintain source-to-target mapping documentation for healthcare data exchanges.
  • Define transformation rules, field mappings, and validation logic to support accurate data movement.
  • Evaluate source and destination data structures to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality concerns.
  • Work alongside developers and QA teams to support interface implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and data validation.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies while helping refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities.
  • Serve as a resource for healthcare integration standards and promote best practices across projects.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an Integration Analyst, Healthcare Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare data formats such as HL7, FHIR, XML, and JSON, including data mapping and transformation.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with user stories, acceptance criteria, and tools such as Jira.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
