Business Process Analyst

Role Purpose

Act as the business-to-solution bridge for digital supply chain transformation, engaging directly with China-based supply chain stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process and automation improvement areas, and translate business needs into workflows, SOPs, and solution designs — working in close consultation with the Solution Analyst and the AI/Product team. (The role is fully remote work in India)

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with supply chain business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and identify areas for process improvement and automation

• Convert business requirements into business solutions, applying supply chain domain knowledge to design end-to-end workflows

• Partner with the Solution Analyst to define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), exception-handling rules, and system logic

• Define user interface (UI) requirements and user experience considerations for new system builds

• Design and propose new/updated KPIs to measure process performance and automation impact

• Coordinate closely with the AI/Product development team for functional inputs and validation

• Track project activities, action items, timelines, and deliverables

• Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, and leadership review presentations

• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow-up actions

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management

• MBA preferred

• 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital/ERP Transformation, with hands-on exposure to ERP transition/transformation projects (e.g., WMS or DMS implementation) strongly preferred

• Consulting or in-house enterprise resource transformation experience valued

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of both supply chain business processes AND underlying systems/technology — able to bridge business needs with solution architecture

• Experience translating business requirements into workflows, SOPs, and solution designs

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS/DMS implementation processes

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems preferred

• Power BI/Tableau preferred

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management capability across global teams
