OVERVIEW: The IT Analyst serves as a crucial link between business needs and technology solutions, analyzing requirements, designing processes, and supporting system implementations. This role involves problem-solving, data analysis, and ensuring that IT systems effectively support organizational objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for IT solutions.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of new IT systems and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users, maintaining system integrity and user satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related
field. Experience in an IT Analyst or similar role, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.

• Preferred: Experience with specific business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM), knowledge of project management methodologies, and relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, ITIL)
