Gathering, researching, and synthesizing relevant information to support decision-making and strategic planning are key activities throughout the day, ensuring that the organization s goals are effectively supported by its processes and technology.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
• Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Transportation Management.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
• Familiarity with process mapping and documentation techniques.
• Experience in coordinating with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
