Epicor Business Analyst / Developer

Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Epicor Business Analyst / Developer to support and enhance their Epicor Kinetic ERP environment. This role combines business analysis, system development, user support, and process improvement responsibilities, making it ideal for a professional who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Epicor ERP solutions
• Develop and maintain functional specifications and process documentation
• Customize and enhance Epicor Kinetic using Application Studio, BPMs, dashboards, reports, and custom code
• Design and develop BAQs, dashboards, workflows, and reporting solutions
• Perform testing and validation of system enhancements and customizations
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Epicor ERP users
• Create and maintain documentation for system issues, resolutions, and best practices
• Assist with end-user training and adoption initiatives
• Support ERP upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement projects
• Stay current with Epicor Kinetic functionality and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience supporting and developing within Epicor ERP/Kinetic
• Strong understanding of Epicor customization tools, including Application Studio and BPMs
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, SSRS, and report development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
• Exposure to Epicor Finance, Supply Chain, Production, or related modules
• Experience with Epicor integrations, APIs, and third-party systems
• Background providing end-user training and technical support
