Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:-

• Elite Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and line-of business heads. You must be able to manage conflicting priorities and build consensus across the

Retail, Commercial, and Risk domains.

• Extraction of Unarticulated Requirements: Move beyond "order-taking." Use advanced elicitation techniques—such as Design Thinking, User Journey Mapping, and Event Storming— to identify the needs that stakeholders haven't explicitly stated.

• Modernization Visioning: Partner with the Enterprise Architect to ensure business requirements align with modern architecture patterns (Microservices, Event-Driven, Cloud-Native).

• Domain Leadership: Apply deep knowledge of the Banking Industry (BFSI)—including Ledger Systems, Payment Rails (UPI/Swift), and Regulatory Compliance (KYC/AML)—to ensure technical

solutions are functionally sound.

• Process Re-engineering: Identify opportunities to optimize legacy banking workflows before they are digitized, preventing the "digitization of a broken process."
