Job Title: Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 4 days onsite in a week)

Technical Knowledge

• Solid understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud data model, objects (Account, Contact, Asset, Financial Account, Relationship), and standard features

• Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration (validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, flows) vs. custom development trade-offs

• Familiarity with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, change sets, sandboxes) and integration patterns (APIs, middleware)

• Experience with testing tools (TestRail, Jira, Salesforce Navigator, or equivalent)

• Basic understanding of database concepts (data relationships, ETL processes, data governance)

• Knowledge of enterprise application integration and data synchronization patterns

Salesforce Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Associate or Administrator (required or required within 2 months of hire)

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (preferred)

• Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Accreditation (preferred)operations (client relationships, account management, advisory processes, compliance workflows)
