Job Functions
- Administer and support core business applications, ensuring stability and user satisfaction for our non-clinical or clinical business partners.
- Troubleshoot application issues via IR’s and SR’s and resolve or escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for system improvements, application upgrades or migrations.
- Effectively manage configuration changes to completion which includes: testing, verification, issues tracking, transition, documentation and closure.
- Leads the deployment of new implementations and app upgrades while partnering with Sr. Application Analysts and end users.
- Organize, manage and facilitate small to medium size projects to completion with positive customer feedback which includes partnering with the project sponsor, IT peers and cross functional team members.
- Present effective summaries for mid-complexity decision points showing options with cost/benefits clearly defined.
- Establishes a strong relationship with customers and has a clear understanding of IT and Operational accountabilities.
- Recognizes priority with various tasks or seeks clarification.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field of study
- 3+ years of complex IT environment experience or as a business analyst, product manager or project manager
- Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions
- Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence to complete job functions as mentioned above
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
- Highly skilled in incorporating successful interviewing, facilitation and documentation techniques within a project
- Highly developed problem-solving skills
- Ability to partner with technical and non-technical staff as well as third party vendors to deliver effective results
- Strong ability to see business needs from the user point of view and translate those needs into a technical solution
- Desire to improve team and organizational performance which includes ability to professionally question the status-quo
- Experience working with EPIC, Oracle Fusion or other 3rd Party Ancillary Applications
Compensation
Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as: the requirements of the position, experience, education, knowledge, and skills along with location and internal equity. Pay listed does not include any shift, weekend, or other differentials.
