Product Owner

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Contact Center Product Owner in one of our opportunities in the IT & Digital industry in Milan (Hybrid)?

👉 Your missions?

• Act as the functional owner of Contact Center platforms, with a primary focus on Genesys Cloud.
• Support business stakeholders by explaining platform capabilities and identifying the most suitable contact center solutions.
• Act as the main liaison between business teams, regional teams, internal IT and external technology partners.
• Translate business requirements into functional platform solutions while considering technical constraints.
• Coordinate incidents, platform changes and enhancements, validating solutions from a business perspective.
• Maintain and update functional documentation, user guides and platform knowledge.
• Drive user adoption through training, communication and best practice sharing across markets.
• Lead Contact Center initiatives and innovation projects, including AI-driven capabilities, ensuring successful delivery and business value.

✍️ Your profile?

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or in Contact Center technologies.
• Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, Agile methodologies, APIs and contact center operations.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1). Italian fluent.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication skills and ability to work in an international and dynamic environment.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with AI-enabled Contact Center solutions, customer service platforms or global digital transformation projects.

💰 Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Permanent contract: Gross Annual Salary EUR 30,000 – EUR 45,000.
• Freelance collaboration: Daily rate between EUR 200 – EUR 270, according to experience and skills.
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio) for permanent employees.
• The salary/rate range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
• During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.
