Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Business Analyst – Connectivity & Digital Ecosystem in one of our opportunities in the Digital & Connected Devices industry in Italy (Milan area)?


👉 Your missions?

• Elicit, analyze and structure business and functional requirements from multiple stakeholders, translating high-level needs into clear epics, user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.

• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization and cross-domain dependency management.

• Describe use cases and flows in the context of specific systems and roles, mapping requirements to components and interfaces.

• Identify dependencies, constraints and potential technical risks, and raise them early within the programme.

• Document functional and technical decisions made by architecture and engineering teams, ensuring traceability between requirements, solutions and decisions.

• Maintain clear and structured project documentation in a large, distributed team setup.

• Contribute to the preparation of tender/RFP documents and support the evaluation of vendor proposals against business and system requirements.

• Participate actively in team rituals, workshops and alignment sessions, proactively following up on open topics.


✍️ Your profile?

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in complex digital environments, with strong exposure to system integrations, digital platforms and backend services.

• Background in IoT, connectivity or connected devices

• Hands-on experience writing epics, user stories and acceptance criteria (e.g. Jira), with a solid understanding of API-based systems and application logic; ability to collaborate effectively with UX designers, solution architects and connectivity experts.

Fluent English at C1 level (spoken and written); Italian fluency required for daily collaboration in Italy.

• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating ambiguity and operating in multi-team environments.

• Experience with mobile applications (iOS/Android) and their backend ecosystems.

• Exposure to system migration or transformation programmes (e.g. app convergence, backend replacement, legacy-to-new transitions).

• Experience documenting solution or architecture decisions in complex programmes.

💰 Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 30,000 – EUR 43,000).

• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).

• Freelance option available (remote across Italy): EUR 200 – EUR 250/day.

• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria. • During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.
