In the Role
- Using various analytics tools and techniques to evaluate business opportunity and formulate solutions.
- Compiling data from multiple sources, understanding key performance indicators, and identifying gaps or potential risks.
- Validating and testing the processes used to identify and measure risks and compliance gaps of assigned business areas. When appropriate, this person will analyze the results of testing to present management with a recommendation for remediation.
- Creating and maintaining reporting platforms to consistently communicate business performance.
- Maintaining awareness of company policies and procedures, federal and state laws
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years’ experience in analytics
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake for data analysis, reporting, and business insights
- 1+ years’ experience in automotive finance
- Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field
