Role/Responsibilities

GCP Data Business Analyst (AI Solutions) is a functional professional responsible for bridging technical and operational gaps by translating complex business needs into actionable AI requirements.

Operating within an AI Delivery-based model, you will analyze existing workflows across critical corporate functions to identify high-value opportunities for autonomous AI Agents and multi-agent systems.

You will serve as the core translator between enterprise operations and technical engineering teams, ensuring that implementations on client's Cloud modern AI ecosystem map directly to strategic business cases and deliver measurable operational value.

Key Responsibilities : Production Delivery & Agentic Deployment

Translate Business Needs:

Analyze domain workflows to define clear, high-impact requirements for autonomous AI Agents across enterprise domains (HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and IT).

Support Agile Sprints: Decode unstructured process gaps into structured user stories and functional requirements within a sprint-based GCC delivery setup.

Actively participate in sprint ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Reviews.

Target Business Outcomes: Align analytical findings and requirement prioritizations with core delivery and business KPIs, helping the team maximize Sprint Velocity and optimize Value Delivered.

Functional Mastery & Solution Design

Blueprint Functional Workflows: Design detailed process schemas, human-in-the-loop validation triggers, and functional prompt optimization strategies that form the blueprint for technical development.

Build Business Cases: Formulate comprehensive financial cost-benefit models, analyzing token consumption estimates against projected operational efficiency gains to justify AI investments.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance Facilitate

Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead daily requirement gathering and mapping sessions with Product/Project Managers, Client Functional Leads, Business Sponsors, and technical AI developers.

Manage Change and Adoption: Coordinate with business units to map user journeys, outline training expectations, and gather post-deployment feedback to ensure high user adoption of autonomous workflows.

Support Process Governance: Ensure that all documented functional requirements adhere strictly to enterprise-grade data privacy rules, internal corporate compliance policies, and global GCC standards.

Technical & Tooling Ecosystem The Domain – Business Analyst must possess strong functional fluency and structural documentation capabilities within modern business analysis and client's Cloud AI portfolio: Core Platform Focus: Business requirement mapping and functional solution scoping optimized for the Enterprise Agent Platform.

Foundational Ecosystem: Functional understanding of AI Foundational Models (Ultra, Pro, Flash) and the structural application of Agentic RAG frameworks.

Productivity Enablement: AI Code Assist (understood from a delivery efficiency, rapid prototyping, and operational scaling standpoint).

Business Analysis Toolchain: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Miro, Lucid chart, data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker), and Agile tracking dashboards.)

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: 95,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: 192,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
