Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Analysis

• Prepare pricing analyses and recommendations for new and existing vehicle model is
• Analyze vehicle pricing, competitiveness, profitability, and market trends
• Support the preparation of strategic pricing proposals through business analysis and recommendations
• Independently prepare pricing proposals and recommendations within the assigned scope of responsibility
• Develop business cases and pricing scenarios to support management decision-making

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning, and market developments
• Identify opportunities to improve competitiveness while maintaining sustainable profitability
• Support regional benchmarking and market analysis activities

Strategic Projects

• Support pricing, product planning, and business development projects
• Independently manage assigned projects with regular stakeholder alignment
• Present analyses and recommendations in a clear and structured manner

Distributor Support

• Support distributors with pricing analyses and recommendations
• Review distributor pricing requests and provide business-oriented recommendations
• Build effective working relationships with regional partners and HQ

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Collect data, check accuracy, maintain pricing database and prepare regular reports and management presentation
• Leverage AI tools and data visualization solutions to improve analysis, reporting efficiency, and decision-making
• Continuously improve pricing processes and analytical methodologies

Qualifications Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Pricing, Product Planning, Business Analysis, Strategy, or the Automotive industy
• Experience managing analytical projects independently is preferred

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/data visualization tools is highly preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve data analysis, and presentation development is preferred
• Ability to translate data into clear business recommendati
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Project management and organizational skills
• Ownership, initiative, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while proactively communicating and aligning with stakeholders.
