To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara North.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager the Business Systems Analyst’s role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation.
- Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables.
- Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status.
- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption.
- Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables.
- Manage and support IT applications and proposal new tools for such purposes.
- Physical and technical support from the main elements of the IT services.
- Development of onboarding, adoption, and training plans.
- Build out communications templates.
- Come up with creative approaches to satisfy data/analysis needs.
- Understand the end user needs to help them use the IT services to the fullest capability.
- Educate and provide ongoing support whether by email, phone, live chat or in-person.
- Identify growth opportunities and ensure optimum adoption of IT services.
- Conduct regular reviews and proactively monitor user experience KPI's.
- Become a trusted advisor and act as advocate for all users.
- Develop cadence of tech touches aligned the lifecycle: new users welcome -> onboarding -> adoption -> nurturing growth -> retention.
- Beginner/Intermediate English.
- Bachelor's degree (Graphic Design, IT, or related field).
- Experience with computerized databases, supply chain management, and process guidelines.
- Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and UX/UI prototyping.
- SharePoint content design and management.
- Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and creative conceptualization skills.
- Office skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, database systems.
- Communication, analytical skills, critical thinking, teamwork, proactive mindset.
- Visual storytelling and infographic design for diverse stakeholder.
