Our challenge

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Banking platforms to support our Securities Lending (Stock Loan) operations. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze workflows, and liaise between trading, operations, and technology teams to implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our securities lending activities.

The Role

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and the relevant internal teams to implement and enhance Company products, including:

Gathering and analyzing business requirements – Lead client meetings to capture and review requirements, ensuring clear communication of key decisions and action items.

Data mapping – Translate client requirements into detailed data mapping instructions for the technical team to facilitate conversion with Company products.

Creating detailed design documentation – Develop comprehensive design documentation to guide system enhancements based on client-approved requirements.

Quality assurance testing - Oversee and validate quality assurance testing for assigned development initiatives.

Training and product demonstrations – Conduct training and product demonstrations—both on-site and remotely—for Company products

User acceptance testing support - Collaborate with clients and technical teams to investigate and resolve reported issues, identifying root causes effectively.

Live implementation support - Provide client support during live implementations of Compnay products and enhancements

Partner with project management to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of concurrent projects.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all assigned projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or equivalent work experience.

Prior work experience as a business analyst.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time well on tight deadlines.
