development, coordination & execution of business planning processes aligned with company priorities including Long Range Planning (LRP), forecasting and implementation of standardized platforms to monitor effective tracking & reporting of periodic product-specific financials. Engage cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment.
The role involves supporting PLM Management team in driving data-driven analytics for effective decision making & fostering collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead in formulating, development & maintenance of Long-Range Planning (LRP), 5-year revenue commitment & outlook, across all product lines, including aftermarket.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance & PLM Directors to ensure alignment of the LRP Process leading to annual budget planning, including forecasting & management of sales opportunities. Organize bi-weekly sessions with stakeholders to drive progress & alignment.
- Manage opportunity & market dynamics to track/monitor changes to baseline LRP consistently. Work with Sales, Plants & PLM team on IHS data, actual run rate and customer volumes projection.
- Lead & own CampFire tool – platform to support forecasting & quote tracking process. Ensure all stakeholders are trained in using the tool.
- Own effective, standardized stakeholder reporting visualizing key data parameters & publish periodic reports. Organize product performance reviews with stakeholders
- Work closely with PLM Management to support product categorization & pricing, a key input to LRP.
- Support PLM Management in Strategy development with data analytics
- Act as a change agent within leadership & champion for organizational culture, values, driving engagement and alignment to strategic priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Engineering or Data Analytics
- Min 2 to 3 years experience with Campfire or related planning tools administration
- Min 2 to 3 years of experience in business analysis roles in fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in using IHS or similar market data platforms is preferred.
- Experience working in Automotive or Engineering companies, preferably in OEM or Tier 1 suppliers.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at leadership levels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and facilitate consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
