Position: Business Analyst
Role Purpose:
Translates customer and business needs into precise, actionable functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the mobile development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and product managers.
- Author clear user stories, edge-case scenarios, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and technical leads to validate screen flows and functional feasibility.
- Partner with QA to ensure test coverage in Xray reflects all business requirements.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-offs.
Qualifications
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting mobile app or customer-facing digital product teams.
- Proficiency in Jira requirement structuring, wireframing tools, and workflow mapping.
