About the Role

Ultradata is looking for a sharp, solutions‑driven Business Analyst to join our Innovation & Design team. If you love solving complex problems, improving user experiences, and shaping financial technology products used across the banking sector, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify process gaps and align our product suite with financial regulations
• Scope, document and design solutions through workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Develop business requirements, functional specs and product design concepts
• Facilitate workshops, partner with clients to resolve issues and ensure our products meet market needs
• Support project planning, resource allocation and delivery oversight
• Collaborate with Development and QA teams to ensure high‑quality product releases
• Create quality knowledge-sharing resources and support internal teams.

What You Bring

• 3 or more years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist
• Strong understanding of PMLC, SDLC and software development environments
• Project management and financial services experience
• Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills

Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Business, Commerce, or a related field.

Bonus Points For

• Knowledge of Ultracs (Ultradata’s Core Banking System)
• Experience in retail banking
• Background or qualification in User Interface Design
• Experience with compliance, regulatory, or legislative projects.
