In this role, you’ll work across multiple business units to gather requirements, analyse complex data, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and performance. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery and adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Model business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop functional specifications and business requirement documents
- Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language
- Identify risks, issues, and impacts of proposed solutions
- Support implementation, testing, and rollout of new systems and processes
- Collaborate with business, IT, and external stakeholders
- Provide end-user support, training, and change management
- Analyse data to support decision-making and business improvements
- Must be a full Australian Citizen (please state this clearly in your cv. Permanent Residents and Visa Holders will not be accepted)
- Must have minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technology Specialist.
- Must have proven experience working within JD Edwards enterprise ERP environments (please state this clearly in your cv).
- Core BA Competencies: Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data, identify operational trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of translating complex technical jargon for non-technical business stakeholders.
