BI/Data Business Analyst (Hibrido, Porto)

Join our team and help shape the Business Intelligence and Regulatory/Compliance Reporting landscape within a large, regulated financial services organization.

You'll work in a modern data environment featuring a three-layer relational architecture (ODS, Data Warehouse, and Data Marts), daily ETL processes built with Informatica and Python, and Power BI reporting powered by tabular and semantic models.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Gather and clarify business requirements across technical and functional stakeholders.
• Produce functional and technical specifications, test plans, workshop reports and supporting documentation.
• Support project delivery and evolutionary/corrective maintenance from requirements through production deployment.
• Coordinate testing and UAT activities and contribute to application integration and user support.
• Extract, manipulate and analyse data, structure working groups and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Requisitos mínimos

• Strong Oracle SQL skills.
• Power BI experience, particularly semantic model design and construction.
• Working knowledge of SSAS and dataflows.
• Strong communication, organisation, planning and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional written and spoken English, including reporting and documentation.
• Experience with Agile delivery and collaboration tools such as Scrum/Kanban, Jira and Confluence.
