About the role
As the IT&D Business Analyst, North America, you will support business stakeholders across multiple functions by gathering requirements, analyzing needs, and assisting with IT&D initiatives. This role focuses on cross-functional support, documentation, system insights, and helping ensure smooth operation of IT&D services during the TSA period and beyond.
In parallel, this role will play a key part in preparing the organization for the transition to the future Microsoft Dynamics ERP landscape. The Business Analyst will progressively build understanding of core ERP processes and support the business in defining requirements, processes and readiness for ERP implementation and long-term support.
Your responsibilities
- Provide first-line application support for local applications and assist users with basic questions or issues.
- Support issue resolution by coordinating with IT&D support teams and helping communicate information between users and technical teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system issues, resolution and process dependencies.
- Work with business partners to understand needs, capture requirements, and identify improvement opportunities across Finance, Commercial, and Supply functions.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making and prepare clear, actionable reports.
- Support process reviews using interviews, workshops, observations, process mapping, and other investigative techniques.
- Assist in evaluating solution options and documenting business impacts, risks, and recommendations.
- Contribute to the delivery of Global and North America Cluster (NAC) projects under IT&D leadership.
- Participate in solution assessments, testing cycles, and implementation activities.
- Support creation of training materials and delivery of end-user training sessions.
- Support transition activities from TSA-managed systems to Vestacy-owned systems, ensuring business continuity.
- Maintain clear documentation of current-state processes, system dependencies, and data flows to support a smooth transition.
- Document current-state processes across functional areas as part of ERP readiness.
- Support definition and refinement of future-state processes aligned with Microsoft Dynamics modules (O2C, P2P, R2R).
- Assist with ERP data gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams during ERP design, testing, and phased implementation.
- Build foundational knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics capabilities to support long-term operations and enhancements.
- Contribute to post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement of ERP processes.

- 3+ years of IT&D experience in operations and projects.
- Experience supporting or working with ERP systems is preferred - Microsoft Dynamics is a strong advantage (O2C, P2P, R2R).
- Intermediate commercial acumen and understanding of business processes.
- Interest in developing ERP functional expertise and supporting future system implementation and operations
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience contributing to project activities such as documentation, testing, or coordination.
- Customer-facing, service-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

US pay transparency
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $88,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
