Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client’s team in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, and be able to effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while coordinating global delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate activities across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and timely delivery.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend business solutions.
• Support Agile delivery using both Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Ensure requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and aligned with business objectives.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven experience working with and coordinating onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

• Scrum certification (PSM, CSM) or Business Analysis certification (CBAP, ECBA, PMI-PBA).
• Experience working with distributed international teams.
• Experience in software development or digital transformation projects.
