Business Analyst - Guidewire ClaimCenter

- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Analyze current business processes and document future-state workflows
- Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and related project documentation
- Collaborate with product owners and project teams to prioritize requirements and support delivery objectives
- Document and analyze Guidewire ClaimCenter business rules, workflows, and configuration requirements
- Define functional requirements related to ClaimCenter screens, data models, field configurations, typelists, and system integrations
- Partner with technical teams to support integration efforts across insurance platforms and enterprise applications
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, test scenarios, and defect management activities
- Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirements reviews
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience within Property & Casualty insurance
- 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst supporting Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Strong understanding of claims operations, including claim lifecycles, exposures, reserves, recoveries, payments, and litigation processes
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Experience supporting Agile/Scrum software delivery methodologies
- Strong proficiency with Jira, Visio, Microsoft Office, and requirements documentation tools
- Experience creating and executing UAT scenarios and coordinating testing efforts
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Guidewire ClaimCenter certification
- Experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ContactManager
- Understanding of Guidewire out-of-the-box functionality and best practices
- Experience supporting Guidewire implementations, upgrades, or enhancement projects
