The role - Data & AI Business Consultant

Responsibilities

As a Data & AI Business Consultant, you will participate in the delivery of strategic, functional and transformation projects focused on Data, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence. Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, you will help shape data and AI strategies, identify value-driven opportunities, and support organizations in their transformation journeys. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in Data & AI engagements, with a focus on data and AI strategy, transformation, and operating model definition
• Support the development of functional artifacts, methodologies, tools, documentation, and project deliverables
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and strategic assessments to identify emerging data and AI trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable data and AI transformation initiatives
• Assess, prioritize, and structure data and AI use cases based on business value and implementation feasibility
• Support and guide junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing coaching, and reviewing deliverables.

Your profile

• BSc or MSc in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• More than 2 years of experience in Data and/or AI-focused strategy, transformation, or operations projects
• Experience assessing and prioritizing data and AI use cases based on business impact and value creation
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and supporting the development of junior professionals
• Hands-on experience developing client-facing deliverables, recommendations, business cases, and executive presentations
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
