What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an Operations Analytics & Automation to support operations managers and subject matter experts by identifying repetitive manual activities, reporting tasks, and operational pain points. This role will focus on helping deliver practical automation and AI-enabled solutions that generate measurable efficiency gains. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, an interest in automation and artificial intelligence, and the ability to transform operational challenges into practical solutions.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and reduction of manual effort.
• Support the automation of recurring reporting activities and data collection processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into practical solutions.
• Build simple prototypes and proof-of-concepts where appropriate.
• Gather and document business requirements for more complex automation and development initiatives.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data.
• Interest in automation technologies and AI-driven solutions.

Your Main Qualifications

• Experience or academic background in Data Analytics, Automation, or related areas.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic.
• Ability to work effectively with operational stakeholders and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
