Senior Business Analyst (SAP FS-CD)

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Analyze and gather business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and define effective solutions;
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and detailed documentation for technical teams;
• Identify process improvement opportunities, recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business performance;
• Facilitate workshops and support solution implementation, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, delivering complex business transformation initiatives;
• Hands-on experience with SAP FS-CD (Collections & Disbursements) and SAP Finance modules;
• Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and process improvement;
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories;
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) will be considered a plus;
• Advanced level of English.
