Functional Analyst (Banking)

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

• Gather and refine application development requirements from business stakeholders, translating them into clear and complete functional specifications;
• Model business processes, data flows, and business rules within a banking context, specifically for Asset (Credit) or Liability (Accounts/Deposits) areas;
• Accompany technical teams during development to clarify functional doubts, and manage coordination with external vendors and partners;
• Validate solutions by designing test plans, performing functional testing, and supporting incident management, root-cause analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst within the banking sector;
• Strong expertise in at least one core banking domain: Credit (Consumer, Mortgage, Corporate) or Liabilities (Current Accounts, Time Deposits);
• Solid background in process analysis, functional design, functional testing, and writing comprehensive user stories;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams;
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and resilient profile, with strong analytical thinking and efficient time management in collaborative environments.
