IT Business Analyst

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders, defining functional and non-functional specifications;
• Map current operational processes (AS-IS) and design optimized future workflows (TO-BE) to identify automation opportunities;
• Elaborate comprehensive functional documentation, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and business rules;
• Accompany the development lifecycle, validating requirement implementation, and actively participating in backlog refinement.

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, process modeling, and requirements documentation;
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence;
• Competency in SQL and data analysis practices will be highly valued;
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a proven capability to decompose complex problems;
• Detail-oriented profile with a strong ability to identify technical dependencies and impact across business processes.
