THE VALUE CHAIN - PRICING , REFERENCING , INVENTORY, SUPPLY & MERCHANDISING (PRISM) IS FOR YOU!At Decathlon, "Playing as a team" is part of our DNA: we only win together if we are a united and committed team. That's why, just like in a sports competition, we encourage every teammate to DARE and take on responsibilities in their daily work. The right to make mistakes is part of the game—it allows us to grow and evolve together. Our PRISM digital domain's mission is to optimize our entire global supply chain to guarantee the availability of our products at the best price. As part of a major international program, we are migrating our core transactional system to SAP S/4HANA in order to modernize our processes, optimize our teams' efficiency, and ensure data reliability on a global scale.JOIN THE PRICING TEAM AS A FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECTWe are looking for a Functional Architect (Functional Architect / BA) to drive the design and consistency of our ecosystem within the strategic scope of Production Pricing (Cost+, purchase prices, industrial components).Your role will be pivotal: you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into a standard, robust, and scalable architecture, bridging the gap between global Production teams and ERP technology.🎯 Your ResponsibilitiesYour role is structured around 4 major pillars:
- SAP Functional Design & Architecture: You challenge, define, and validate the functional design of pricing within SAP S/4HANA. You clarify complex interface mechanics between SAP and satellite applications (iProd, prod.com). You make decisions on structural topics (inter-company billing flows, customs impacts, currencies).
- Standard Governance & Fit-to-Standard Analysis: You lead scoping workshops with global business experts. Your goal is to stick as closely as possible to SAP Best Practices, simplify and harmonize processes where opportunities for simplification are identified, and strictly limit custom developments .
- Algorithmic Expertise & Data Reliability: You guarantee the accuracy and correctness of price calculation structures (BOM, Cost to Make, Cost Plus, taxes) to secure the supply margin and eliminate financial discrepancies at the source. You ensure the functional quality of the financial data exposed to the Data Lake.
- End-to-End Delivery Management & Alignment: You simplify complex technical and pricing concepts to align all stakeholders. You define the end-to-end (E2E) testing strategy, coordinate functional acceptance testing phases, and secure critical data migration and cutover steps during international deployments.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years as a Functional Architect, Senior Business Analyst, or Technical Product Manager on complex ERP/Supply Chain projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Being familiar with logistics and financial modules (SAP MM, SD, or advanced specialization in SAP pricing procedures/calculation schemas) would be an advantage.
- Transformation Methodology: Mastery of scoping phases (Fit-to-Standard / Gap Analysis), data flow modeling, and ideally the SAP Activate methodology.
- International Vision & Data: Understanding of data integration challenges and fluency in English (for daily global deployment contexts).
- Leadership & Challenger Mindset: You have strong convictions. You know how to constructively say "no" to unnecessary customization requests to steer the business back toward SAP standards.
- Bilingual "Business / Tech" Communication: Proven ability to popularize complex pricing concepts, translating a business need into clear functional specifications for developers/integrators, and vice versa.
- Analytical Rigor & Managing Ambiguity: Ability to understand complex industrial financial flows and structure them in a logical and mapped-out manner.
- Team Spirit & Negotiation: Ability to arbitrate priorities and align stakeholders with sometimes diverging interests (Production, Retail, Finance).
- A high-impact role directly influencing profitability and the heart of Decathlon's industrial transformation.
- A stimulating technological environment (S/4HANA, AI tools, modern architectures).
- Flexibility: 2 days of remote work per week.Your choice of equipment (Mac or Windows) tailored to your missions.
- An attractive compensation package (profit-sharing, bonuses, employee share ownership).
