Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team (Hybrid – Porto).

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Rating and LGD applications used in counterparty rating and LGD calculation;

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and support the evolution of business-critical applications;

• Design, document, and maintain business and system processes;

• Define, prepare, and execute functional test cases to ensure solution quality;

• Provide first-line support to business users and assist in issue resolution;

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business teams to ensure successful project delivery;

• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment using the Scrum framework;

• Apply best practices in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field;

• Professional or academic knowledge of Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or Banking (mandatory);

• Experience as an IT Business Analyst or participation in IT projects within Financial Institutions (mandatory);

• Experience gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, and supporting testing activities;

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;

• SQL knowledge (nice to have);

• Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;

• Client-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Fluent English (mandatory);

• French (nice to have).
