You work closely with Product Owners, Tech Delivery Leads, and developers within the integration domain to define scalable, high-quality digital and integration solutions. Your work ensures that requirements are complete, feasible, and aligned with platform and integration standards.

As a Solution & Business Analyst your tasks & responsibilities include:
- Gather and analyze business and integration requirements across multiple domains;
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Define and document end-to-end processes, data flows, and API interactions;
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and developers to shape solution designs;
- Support UAT, impact analysis, and incident/root cause analysis for digital and integration solutions.
- 4–7 years experience as Business Analyst or Solution Analyst in digital/integration environments;
- Strong knowledge of APIs, data flows, and integration patterns (REST, event-driven, etc.);
- Experience with requirements engineering, process modelling, and functional specifications;
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence);
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Boomi) or similar middleware is a plus.
- An annual contract with a trial period of one month, whereby we would of course ultimately be happy to employ you permanently;
- A salary between €4.253 €6.076 gross per month on a full-time basis*;
- A bonus scheme;
- 27 days' holiday for a full-time working week* with the option to purchase 10 additional days off;
- Flexible working hours and the possibility of (partly) working from home;
- Working from home allowance of €2,45 per home working day;
- Training and education options;
- Participation in the Recreation pension fund. The standard retirement date in this scheme is 67 years. The premium for this old-age pension is 21.8% of the pension basis, with Landal and you each paying half;

- A full-time employment contract at Landal has a 38-hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5-day working week. If you have a part-time employment contract, your salary and vacation days are calculated pro rata.
