Projects
We are Enchant Real Estate Group, operating a luxury real estate practice from Scottsdale, Arizona. We’re hiring an Executive Assistant who can own critical day-to-day operations on behalf of the founder—starting with calendar and inbox control, then extending into business workflow. This role sits close to the leadership team (the closest seat to the CEO on a ~20-person team) and works directly alongside our AI-assisted systems, ensuring only the right outputs go out and nothing falls through the cracks. We reward loyalty and long-term commitment—our average tenure is 2.5 years. The job - You decide what reaches me, and that decision shapes most of my week.
You will own the founder’s calendar and build the week—deciding what’s scheduled, what’s rescheduled, and what needs immediate attention.- Manage the inbox end-to-end: you read incoming mail first and handle about nine of every ten messages without the founder.
- Track open items across the business and drive them to closure, keeping status clear and up to date.
- Work alongside our AI system by reviewing and approving what it proposes before anything is sent externally.
- Build and maintain operational playbooks that standardize how we work and why our processes pay off.
- Handle time-sensitive communication with quick, sound judgment and consistent follow-through.
- Provide thoughtful escalation when a decision must be made by the founder—typically after you’ve offered the best options.
Pay, training, and how we work
- Compensation: $1,500 to $3,000 USD per month, paid in USD.
- Pay review: annually, on a fixed date written into the agreement.
- Training: personally provided by the founder in your first weeks.
- Trial period: two weeks, paid, before either party commits.
- Team proximity: a seat closest to the CEO on a ~20-person team.
- Culture: we reward loyalty, and the average employee has been with the company 2.5 years.
Desirable (but not required) - Experience supporting a founder, owner, or executive directly, rather than a department
- Prior experience as an executive assistant, operations assistant, or similar high-ownership support role.
- Comfort working with AI-assisted tools and verifying outputs with an editorial mindset.
- Experience creating playbooks, SOPs, or workflow documentation.
- Strong judgment around prioritization, especially in a fast-moving environment.
- A track record of long-term commitment and reliability.
