Leeds plus WFH

£60,000 - £70,000 depending on skills and experience

A large-scale professional services organisation in Leeds is urgently seeking a new IT & Software Business Analyst to join their team. They are going through a significant IT transformation programme - implementing a number of off-the-shelf software products and business applications to change the way they work and deliver to customers.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of office working and extensive home working options so they support a helathy work / life balance.

As the successful candidate you must have:

• A strong track record as a Business Analyst, focused on software implementation & integration
• Strong experience of implementing off-the-shelf (COTS) software products is essential (CRM, ERP, Business applications etc)
• Experience of leading analysis end-to-end on projects, shaping direction and taking ownership of outcomes
• Must have experience of owning and leading the test phases of software implementation projects
• Experience of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience of working in a large, complex organisation would be an advantage
