Job Purpose:

• eSourcing bid build, execution, and analysis
• Data collection, preparation and interpretation
• Spend and savings analysis
• Analytical support to procurement management and staff

Your tasks:

• Provides analytical support during each of the procurement steps including, but not limited to, demand/consumption forecasting, supplier market analysis, supplier assessment, and comparative bid analysis.
• Takes corrective and preventative actions to ensure deliveries are at or above customer expectations.
• Collect, prepare and interpret data for business decisions and strategy development
• Prepare spend and savings analysis based on sourcing initiatives
• Analytical support for savings projects
• Prepare presentations, collect information and material for communication
• May provide functional guidance, advice and/or training to less-experienced buyers, experts, and/or purchasing agents.

Stakeholders

• Proven ability to work with English speaking business partners and suppliers.
• Highly effective interpersonal and technical skills, including presenting, advising and consulting executive management.
• Promote stakeholder interaction and engagement during sourcing reviews

Your Profile:

Education Level

• BS/BA

Experience Level

• 3-5 years of experience in international business, preferably working experience as business analyst or equivalent function
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
