Job Description

Maintains applications by performing regular updates, patches and backups to ensure system reliability. Analyzes operational requirements and system capabilities to propose solutions. Develops system design, including functional specifications, and implements strategies based on specific operational needs. Documents business requirements, defines benefits, and estimates costs. Completes application configuration changes, obtains change control sign-off, and configures changes according to standards. Documents application changes, testing plans, results, and project requirements in the approved Knowledge Management tool. Tests configuration and workflow changes, develops test scripts, performs unit, system, and integration testing, and documents outcomes. Provides on-call support, troubleshoots and resolves complex production issues, and leads escalation procedures responding timely in accordance with preestablished guidelines. Develops and maintains scripts to enhance application integration and performance. Develops scripts to import/export metadata and images to/from applications as appropriate. Performs application-level configuration, coordinating with business and vendor partners to meet operational needs. Participates in assessments, searches, implementations, and upgrades for third-party applications. Collaborates with internal teams and vendors on integrations and support to ensure seamless functionality. Gathers requirements, obtains approvals, develops, and supports configuration for applications to meet business needs. Collaborates with business owners and vendors on new releases, future functionality, product strategy, roadmaps and business challenges. Participates in audits and implements recommendations to ensure compliance and improve system performance. Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for the application, including user guides and technical manuals. Provides Go-Live support to included necessary travel to AdventHealth facilities as needed. Other duties as assigned. Optimizes application performance by analyzing system capabilities and implementing enhancements.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Knowledge of software development, business applications, implementation, and software systems development lifecycle. [Required]
  • Strong customer service skills. [Required]
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. [Required]
  • Conceptual and practical understanding of various training techniques for users with various learning styles. [Required]
  • Advanced ability to manage multiple tasks within deadline constraints. [Required]
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision [Required]
  • Experience with relational databases and data transfers. [Preferred]
  • Working knowledge of ITIL principles. [Preferred]

Education

  • Bachelor's [Required]

Field Of Study

  • in Healthcare, IT, Computer Science, or related field OR 5 years’ experience supporting software applications in a complex environment.

Work Experience

  • Experience documenting workflow design and identifying areas for improvement. [Required]
  • Experience with Enterprise applications such as: Agiloft Contract Life Cycle Management System and Perceptive Content Document Management System [Preferred]
  • Experience with integrated applications. [Required]
  • Experience working on complex healthcare IT projects with integrations [Required]

Pay Range

$83,699.48 - $155,693.55
