We are looking for an ERP Analyst (IFS) to support and evolve our enterprise systems. You will play a key role as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, helping translate operational needs into efficient ERP solutions while driving continuous improvement across processes.

The Day-to-Day

• Act as the functional lead for ERP systems, with a strong focus on IFS;
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements;
• Support daily ERP operations, troubleshooting issues and conducting root-cause analysis;
• Configure workflows, roles, and ERP functionalities;
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Support testing activities including unit testing, integration, and UAT;
• Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and process documentation;
• Train and support end users to ensure strong system adoption;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.);
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to business processes and system usage.

The Skills We Are Looking For

• 3 years or more of experience as an ERP / Functional / Application Analyst;
• Strong experience with enterprise ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics;
• Experience with IFS (strong asset);
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes;
• Experience with ERP configuration and user support;
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
