Mediaboundは、訪日外国人向けにユニークな体験を提供するインバウンド観光企業です。

創業当初は、主にウォーキングツアーやフードツアーを中心に事業を展開していましたが、ツアー事業での成功を背景に、現在では「Zen Arts and Crafts Studios」や「Shinjuku Sumo Club」など、新たな体験型ビジネスの立ち上げを進めています。

今後さらに、訪日外国人に向けた魅力的でユニークな体験事業を拡大していく予定です。

そして、その新しい挑戦を共に推進していただくのが、今回募集するポジションです。

Mediaboundでは、京都を拠点に新規体験事業を立ち上げるメンバーを募集しています。

現在のプロジェクト：

・金継ぎワークショップ

・抹茶体験

・伝統文化体験コンテンツ

これらをゼロから企画・構築し、事業として成立させていきます。

Kyoto | New Business Development (0→1) | Full-Time

Mediabound is an inbound tourism company that offers unique experiences to visitors to Japan. In the beginning, we primarily specialized in walking tours and food tours. However, after gaining much success with tours, we have since started to establish new inbound tourism catered businesses such as the Zen Arts and Crafts Studios, and the Shinjuku Sumo Club. We are looking to start more of these unique inbound tourist catered experiences, and that is where you come in.

Mediabound is expanding its Kyoto operations and is looking for New Business Development team members to launch new cultural experience projects.

Current projects include:

• Kintsugi workshop
• Ring making workshop
• Matcha making experience
• Jeans customization studio

■ Responsibilities

• Develop and launch new experience concepts
• Build operational frameworks on-site
• Manage partnerships and collaborations
• Execute and manage projects end-to-end
• Improve customer experience and service delivery
