Business Systems Analyst

Join a large-scale digital transformation initiative for a leading cloud-first enterprise. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with business and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, ensuring successful delivery across multiple product teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate in an Agile environment supporting modern web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Validate delivered functionality against documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support multiple cross-functional teams while maintaining high-quality documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Proven experience writing technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• The role requires regular overlap with the CST time zone, including availability until 12:00 AM Kyiv time.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting cloud-native or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with web, mobile, or omnichannel applications.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile collaboration tools.
• Experience working with distributed international teams.
