As a Data Analyst, you will play a central role in bridging business needs and data capabilities.
You will take part in analytics initiatives, from problem framing to insight delivery, while acting as a trusted partner for business stakeholders.
You will contribute to strengthening Lyreco’s data culture by delivering robust analyses, scalable reporting solutions and actionable recommendations.
Your mission:
Analytics Project Participation:
- Take part in analytical projects by translating business needs into data-driven solutions
- Design and implement sustainable reporting and dashboards
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes
- Contribute to the company’s evolution towards a more data-driven organization
- Act as a single point of contact for business stakeholders
- Understand, challenge and prioritize business needs
- Coordinate with BI teams, developers and other data experts to deliver solutions
- Manage the full analytics lifecycle: data collection, analysis, visualization and presentation
- Analyze customer, product and transactional data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Deliver clear insights and influence decision-making
- Provide analytical support for strategic projects and initiatives
- Deliver actionable recommendations to business partners
- Monitor the quality of delivered solutions and report issues when needed
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and IT policies
- Support adoption of reporting tools through training and guidance
- Contribute to the development and upskilling of team members
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-related role
- Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science or related field
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- High level of curiosity and critical thinking
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Team player with strong collaboration abilities
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
