Role Description

The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The role involves analyzing requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and development teams.

Details

  • Basic Salary: RM4,000–15,000
  • Work Locations: Q Sentral (hybrid, with frequent travel for meetings)
  • Travel Requirements: Regular travel within Malaysia and overseas (mileage claims provided)
  • Working Hours: Flexible, with OT for deadlines or urgent requests (no OT claims, but late start allowed after OT)

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Develop functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Identify business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Assist in creating project plans and timelines.
  • Conduct testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Monitor project progress and address any risks or changes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
