Job Summary:

An experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities for global Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes. The role will partner with HR, IT, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver process improvements, digital transformation initiatives, and technology solutions that enhance employee lifecycle management.

The candidate will be responsible for driving requirements, process standardization, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of enterprise-wide JML solutions while ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews across HR, IT, Security, and Business functions.
• Analyze and document end-to-end JML business processes and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate business process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

JML Process Transformation

• Drive standardization and optimization of onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and self-service capabilities.
• Support global transformation programs focused on workforce lifecycle management.
• Define future-state processes and operating models.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Business, End Markets, IT Stakeholders, BAU Teams etc
• Manage senior stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making.
• Present recommendations, business cases, and progress updates to leadership.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Define KPIs and success metrics for JML operations.
• Analyze operational performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Produce executive-level reporting and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across employee lifecycle processes

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in large enterprise environments.
• Strong experience supporting Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.
• Experience working with global HR and IT stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and solution design.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation abilities.
• Experience using: Service Now & Saviynt.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes.
• Experience with:
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Active Directory
• Experience working in global and regulated environments.
