Business Analyst

Looking for a business analyst for a one-year contract

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

• Work closely with business users, product owners, and technology teams to deliver banking initiatives.

• Conduct requirement workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis.

• Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), user stories, and process flows.

• Support solution design and ensure business requirements are translated accurately into technical solutions.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business sign-off.

• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support project implementation, change management, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst.

• Experience in banking or financial services.

• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with SQL, Visio, Jira, or Confluence is an advantage.
