Role: Business System Analyst

Location: Remote

• 3-5 recent years of experience working in the financial services industry as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst or Operations Analyst, and a thorough understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
• 3-5 recent years of experience in a Digital Banking systems environment
• 5 recent years of experience with API Log Research
• 3-5 recent years of experience with SQL or Oracle query
• 2-3 recent years of experience with Splunk and Splunk Dashboards
• Proven skills of troubleshooting
• Previous work experience as an Independent Researcher
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience interacting with all levels of internal and external clients, from entry level to senior management
• Strong communication ethic with ability to facilitate meetings and presentations
• A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience

Compensation: We are offering between $79,000 – $90,000. Applications will be accepted until Jul 31, 2026.Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in US without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
