We invest in them in any way we can, starting from the amazing atmosphere in the office, unique benefits and career growth opportunities.
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Management Product Owner to join our Data, Analytics, Digital & AI Delivery (DADAI) engine and drive the delivery of high-impact commercial revenue data products and analytics. In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with the Revenue Management Product Manager and cross-functional teams to translate commercial business priorities into execution-ready scope, bridging the gap between business strategy and cutting-edge data and AI execution.
YOUR MISSION:
- Translating approved Commercial Revenue priorities into clear product scope, epics, features, and detailed user stories.
- Collaborating with CoEs, Architecture, and Data teams to identify execution implications and refine delivery-ready scope.
- Assessing execution dependencies, technical constraints, regulatory rules, and data readiness at the product level.
- Defining feature scope and acceptance criteria, setting clear assumptions and inputs for sprint and PI planning.
- Ensuring backlog quality so all items meet DADAI standards before entering planning and delivery execution.
- Acting as the primary delivery product authority for scope, priorities, and acceptance decisions across ARTs, PODs, and vendor teams.
- Driving operational feedback loops by turning production learnings, defects, and enhancement requests into prioritized backlog actions.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:
- 10+ years of overall experience in Senior Business Analyst and Product Ownership roles within enterprise IT and Agile/SAFe environments (minimum 5+ years as a dedicated Product Owner).
- 10+ years of deep domain expertise in commercial revenue management value chains (e.g., Gross-to-Net, Pricing & Contracting, Rebates & Chargebacks, or Market Access).
- 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise data, analytics, digital, or AI products within complex, global organizations.
- Hands-on experience with data concepts, including SQL querying, relational databases, data modeling, and end-to-end analytics lifecycles.
- Proven track record in backlog refinement - decomposing complex requirements into delivery-ready inputs, acceptance criteria, and technical dependency mapping.
- Strong technical fluency across cloud ecosystems (e.g., Azure), analytics platforms, and AI/ML integration into operational business processes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to balance business-driven priorities against technical execution constraints.
NICE TO HAVE/ADVANTAGE:
- Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences (or other highly regulated, GxP/validated environments).
- Hands-on exposure to key enterprise tech stacks: Databricks, Azure Data Platform, Power BI, Tableau, SAP BW/BI, or Model N.
- Formal certifications: SAFe POPM, SAFe Practitioner, or ITIL Foundation.
- Experience working in global, multi-region commercial models and managing external delivery partner teams.
