We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Business Analyst to join the AskHR Product-Oriented Delivery team and support the delivery of enterprise conversational AI solutions.

The role is responsible for translating product owner priorities and business requirements into clear, actionable, and delivery-ready requirements. The Senior AI Business Analyst serves as the bridge between product owner, AI engineers, developers, architects, UX, and QA teams, ensuring that AI capabilities are transformed into scalable, compliant, and high-value user experiences.

This position combines traditional Business Analysis expertise with a strong understanding of Generative AI, conversational experiences, enterprise knowledge management, and AI-powered user journeys.

The role is remote from Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Management & Analysis

• Analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Translate Features into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules
• Support backlog refinement and ensure stories are delivery-ready
• Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and clarification needs throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Maintain requirements documentation, decision logs, and traceability artifacts

Conversational AI & User Experience

• Define AI use cases, conversation flows, user journeys, and interaction scenarios
• Design business rules for AI responses, escalation paths, fallback scenarios, and feedback mechanisms
• Support the definition of AI behavior and expected user outcomes
• Analyze user questions and intents to continuously improve the conversational experience
• Collaborate with UX and development teams to optimize usability and adoption

Knowledge & Content Analysis

• Work with the product owner to identify and assess enterprise knowledge sources
• Define requirements related to content accessibility, permissions, governance, and metadata
• Identify content gaps and areas requiring additional business knowledge
• Support AI answer validation, citation accuracy, and response quality improvement

Collaboration & Delivery Support

• Partner closely with the Product Owner to clarify features and priorities
• Work daily with AI engineers, developers, QA analysts, architects, and Scrum teams
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and support successful sprint execution
• Provide business and functional clarification throughout the development lifecycle
• Support adoption activities and continuous product improvement initiatives
• Partner with technical teams to address response quality gaps and improve user trust

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience including AI/ML products and Agile approach
• Exposure to Agentic AI, LLM applications, or workflow automation platforms
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI or automation solutions
• Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Experience working with Product Owners, developers and QA
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
• Strong track record in cross-functional execution and measurable outcomes
• Experience supporting UAT, testing, and solution validation
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Technical Experience

• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks
• Experience supporting the delivery of AI solutions, copilots, chatbots, or automation initiatives
• Familiarity with cloud (Azure, AI Foundry, Databricks), APIs, Microservices, and multi-agent systems
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI-enabled user experiences
• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI principles, and data privacy considerations
• Experience with enterprise knowledge management or AI-powered platforms is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Functions domains such as HR, Finance etc
• Background in Analytics, BI, Power Platform, data products, or automation initiatives
